1. Account Eligibility & Financial Responsibilities

• Eligibility & Security: You must be 18 years of age or older to register. You are strictly responsible for securing your login credentials and must immediately report any suspected breaches to support@cuewellness.net.

• Financial Obligations: You assume full financial responsibility for all subscription fees and individual coach session fees. You may delete your account at any time, provided all outstanding balances and coach commitments are resolved via management chat prior to deletion.

• Account Termination: Cue Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for Terms of Service violations. In such events, clients will be given a 24-hour notice window to download and back up their personal Journal content.

2. Session Policies & Cancellations

• Client Cancellations: You must provide your coach with 24-48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a single session, and 48-72 hours' notice for packages. Unexcused no-shows or late cancellations will result in the full forfeiture of the session fee.

• Coach Cancellations: Coaches are bound by the same 24-72 hour notice windows. If a coach fails to show up without prior notice, you will be offered a complimentary session by that same coach.

• Emergencies: In the event of a verifiable emergency (medical, legal, natural disaster), you must notify your coach immediately. Upon providing genuine proof to app management, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Content, IP, & Non-Solicitation

• Platform Content: You grant Cue Wellness a worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize any User-Generated Content you share on the platform. Cue Wellness retains exclusive ownership of all platform Intellectual Property, as well as any feedback or suggestions you provide.

• Strict Non-Solicitation Policy: You are strictly prohibited from soliciting, poaching, or conducting business with Cue Wellness coaches or app employees outside of the platform during your usage and for one full year after your account is closed. Violations will result in account termination, financial fines, and potential legal action.

• Community Conduct: You must interact respectfully. Cue Wellness reserves the right to monitor, filter, or remove inappropriate content and suspend violators.

4. Medical Disclaimer & Limitations of Service

• Not Medical Advice: The app’s tools (Awareness, Reflection, Journal) and coaching sessions are designed solely for personal development. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or emergency services.

• No Guarantees: Cue Wellness makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You acknowledge that personal growth can evoke emotional responses; you are responsible for monitoring your own well-being and seeking licensed medical professionals if necessary.

• Third-Party Services: Cue Wellness is not liable for the quality, safety, or efficacy of any third-party products, services, or links endorsed or shared by coaches.

5. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

• Limitation of Liability: The platform is provided "as is." Cue Wellness is not liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, or technical outages. Total liability is strictly capped at $100 USD or the amount paid for the specific disputed service.

• Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify and hold Cue Wellness harmless against any third-party claims, legal infractions, or damages arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

• Governing Law & Arbitration: These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any claims must be filed within one year of the incident and will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dubai, waiving any rights to class-action lawsuits.
